Driving Directions: This cemetery is located in the village of Heilman, Kittanning Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. It is in the Ford City, Pennsylvania zip code of 16226 and is located 1/2 mile, South, up the hill from the Heilman Lutheran Church, on Garretts Run Rd.
In Ford City, Pennsylvania, from the intersection of State Route 66 and Fort Run Rd., at the stop light and Foodland Grocery Store, turn either right or left so as to head into town, on the road across from the Foodland and drive 100 yards to the first stop sign. At this sign, turn right, onto 17th St. and drive one block to the stop sign. At this sign, turn right onto Hill St and drive 1.26 miles to the intersection of Garrett's Run Road. [Do not drive under the high bridge or you missed this turn] Turn right and drive for 3.59 miles on Garretts Run Rd. to the intersection at Geidel Rd. At this intersection, look straight in front of you and you will see the Lutheran Church, on the right. Continue on Garrett's Run Rd., past the church, for 1/2 mile, up the hill to a sharp cutback driveway, with a gate, on the left. The phone number for entry or contact is 724-763-3439. If you cannot contact this number, [or if it is no longer valid] park the car at the gate and walk about 300 yards up the driveway to the cemetery, in the woods. Garretts Run Rd. is often Called SR 356 or SR 2025.
