Cemetery notes and/or description:
The Neuburg Congregational Church was organized in 1884. The property was donated by Wilhelmina Kiehlbaugh for a church and cemetery, located near the tiny village of Blaha, and a small church was built in 1887.
The Neuburg Cemetery is located in Jackson Township, in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 2. It is about eight miles southwest of Scotland on 420th Avenue, about 1/2 mile south of Highway 46.
By 1925 the village of Blaha had disappeared. In 1950 the Neuburg Congregational Church merged with the Scotland Congregational Church, and there is no longer a church building on the property. There are about 50 burials in the cemetery, some of them unknowns, and several are located outside of the cemetery fence.
