visited this cemetery Oct 11 2010 and the Photo I took of the Main Entrance, shown here, has "Paint Lake Pioneer Cemetery" written at the top. I have seen it referred to simply as Paint Lake Cemetery.
It is an active cemetery and is well kept.
It is located off hwy. 117 very near to Dorset in Muskoka. and is off hwy 117 on your right when coming fr Baysville and on your left when approaching from Dorset There is a sign telling where to turn.
Inside the entrance, the ground is flat but it rises up a steep hill with graves at the top and going up the hill on both sides of the path.
