    In Hutchinson County, South Dakota, on December 12, 1889, Mr. Preszler was married to Miss Margareta Schnaidt, also a native of South Russia, a daughter of John and Katherine Schnaidt. John Schnaidt was a farmer and Mrs. Preszler was three years old when she was brought from Russia to South Dakota, where her father homesteaded land. They are the parents of eight children: Edward is a vineyardist near Lodi; Emma is Mrs. Kirschenmann of Victor.

    Emma Kirschenmann, 80, of 226 S. Sunset Drive, died early Saturday morning in a local hospital following an extended illness.
    A native of Menno, S.D., she came to Lodi in 1901 with her parents. She married Fred KIrschenmann in 1915 in Lodi. They have made their home here since that time. She was a member of the Zion Reformed Church of Lodi and the Victor Farm Bureau Women.
    She is survived by her husband; a son, Leon A Kirschenmann of Lodi; two brothers, Edward Preszler of Lodi and Leon Preszler of San Pedro; three sisters, Mrs. Allena Hearth and Mrs. Ida Krause, both of Lodi and Mrs. Martha Harris of Stockton; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

    Son of Fred P & Emma (Preszler) Kirschenmann. Leon A Kirschenman married Donna Mae Warner on Aug 3, 1941 in Lodi, CA
    Leon A. Kirschenmann, 78, of Lodi, died April 8 at a local comvalescent hospital following an extended illness. He was born Jan. 23, 1919, in Lodi.
    Mr. Kirschemann attended Victor School and was a 1936 graduate of Lodi Union High Schoo. He later attended Humphreys Business College for two years.
    He married Donna Warner in 1941 and entered the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1942. He was stationed at Mather Field in Sacramento and served in Europe during World War II.
    Mr. Kirschenmann was a self-employed vineyardist for 60 years. He was a trustee of the Alpine-Victor School Board and a board member of East Side Winery.
    He was also a member of the Northern California Fruit Company, the California Brandy Acvisory Board and was active in the Farm Bureau and 4-H.
    Mr. Kirschenmann was a member of the Zion Reformed Church Consistory and served as a deacon and elder. He was also on the church's building committee.
    Mr. Kirschemann is survived by his wife if 55 years, Donna Kirschenmann; a son; a daughter; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
