Medina Citizen, 4 Jun 1920.
Death was caused by heart trouble. Christina Wohl was born in 1860 in South Russia. She married Christian Geissler in 1881. In 1884 they moved to this country and settled in Nebraska for 2 years, moving to North Dakota in 1886. They lived in McIntosh County for 12 years, moving to the Medina area in 1898. Survivors include her husband; 7 children: Mrs. Jacob Klundt, Mrs. Fred Klein, Mrs. Emanuel Schneider, Matilda, Peter, Henry, Gustave; 4 sisters and 4 brothers: Mesdames Herman, Lenhardt and Demonscke (?) of Russia, and Trautman of Washington, John Wohl of Russia, Peter Wohl of Cleveland [ND], Jacob and Henry Wohl of Wishek.

Christina Geissler, born Woehl, was born 14 Oct 1869 in Rohrbach, South Russia. She married Christian Geissler 16 Feb 1881 and they had 12 children, 5 of whom died in childhood. They came to the US in 1884 and settled in NE; 2 years later the went to ND. In Russia she had joined the church in Danzig. She died of a heart attack on 1 Jun. Survived by: her husband, 7 children, 11 grandchildren, 3 sons-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Medina, ND.
