  Leibbrandt-com-leibbrandt_archive-Lybrand_USA-Sayler1: ! Obituary of Katherine Sayler Katherine grew up in the Douglas, ND area and worked for area farm families restaurants and hotels. She began employment in 1938 as a nursing aid for Trinity Hospital in Minot and worked as a nursing aid in the General Hospital in Devils Lake, ND in 1943. She became a licensed practical nurse in 1947 at the State Hospital in Grafton where she was employed for 30 yrs. Following her retirement in 1977 she moved to Bismarck where she was active member of Evangel Temple and Women's Missionaries of Bismarck. She moved to the McLean manor in Garrison in 1983. She lived with her family in Garrison from 1989 to Mar of 1993 when she then entered the Garrison Memorial Hospital's swing bed unit and in June entered the hospital's intermediate care facility.
