Born in Samples Manor, she was a daughter, of the late Clarence and Amanda Houser Dancey Jackson.
She was the wife of the late Roy E. Daugherty.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothea Hawbaker of Mercersburg, Pa. and Mrs. Elizabeth Carry of Hagerstown; two sons, Marvin G. Daugherty of Rohrersville and Edward F. Daugherty of Percellville, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Holmes of Keddysville, Miss Margaret Jackson and Mrs. Pauline Turner, both of Sharpsburg; two brothers, Dr. William T. Jackson of Findlay, Ohio and Murray Jackson of Sharpsburg; 16 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Coffman Funeral Home Friday at 10 a.m. The Rev. H. F. Churchey will officiate.
Burial will be in Samples Manor Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9.
