Zimbelman His first wife, Ruth Zimbelman, is next to them San Jose Mercury Newa on Dec. 30, 2003: ZIMBELMAN, Harry -- Age 84, born November 20, 1919, Harry entered Heaven on December 28, 2003. A loving father, brother, and grandfather, he is survived by his daughters Patricia Anderson and Judy Zimbelman, and his son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Deborah Zimbelman. He is also survived by his brothers Donald and Harvey Zimbelman and sister Erna McKoski. Harry has five grandchildren & five great-grand-children: Robert (and Jillian) Anderson, Scott Anderson, Monica, Jonathon and Sarah Zimbelman; and Mercediez, Torri, Kristina, Raina, and Mariah Anderson. A native of Wolbach, NE and a graduate of St. Paul High School, Harry came to California in 1946, shortly after his discharge from the military, where he served as a technical sergeant in the 123 Army Air Force Base Unit during WWII. Harry is the eldest son of Clara and Jacob Zimbelman. Harry was the member of several Masonic organizations, including Order of the Eastern Star, Order of the Amaranth and the White Shrine. He was preceded in death by his oldest son Kenneth Zimbelman (d. Nov. 17, 2003) and by his wives Ruth Gessey (d. Dec. 31, 1956), Azalea Burnett (d. April 16, 1985), Elizabeth Haynes (d. July 20, 1990) and Beatrice Collins (d. Dec. 24, 2003). Harry will be greatly missed by all who loved him dearly. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate his life at a funeral service Wednesday, December 31, 2003. Services will begin at 12 noon at Church of the Valley, 400 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, followed by a reception at the church. LIMA FAMILY SANTA CLARA MORTUARY, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara serving the family.
