  Familysearch.org: ID: GMP9-ZPC Born: Spokane, Spokane, Washington Findagrave.com: findagrave.com/memorial/197781003/adam-zimbelman Source: The Santa Cruz Sentinel on January 15, 1956: Adam Zimbelman, 72, a native of Marion, S.D., and a resident of Santa Cruz since last July when he came to live with a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Gillingham, died in her home Friday evening after being in failing health for the last three years. He was raised and educated in South Dakota and moved to San Diego when he was 21. There he married the late Beatrice Dunlap Zimbelman. In 1911, the couple moved to Spokane, Wash., where he was a contractor for more than 40 years before his retirement about three years ago. He also is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Erdman of Spokane and Mrs. Edna Fish of Quincy, Wash.; a son, Milton Zimbelman of Gardena; a brother, Peter Zimbelman of Quincy; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be tomorrow at 11 a. m. in White's chapel with Rev. Roy Kraft officiating. Interment will be in the Oakwood cemetery.
