Per Wolbach Messenger, August 8, 1963, death resulted from an auto accident.
Wilma Elsie Trautmann was born May 31, 1914 in Wolbach, Nebraska, the daughter of Christian and Hilda Trautmann. She departed this life on August 7, 1963 at the age of 49 years, 2 months and 7 days. She attended Wolbach schools and married Julius Wagner in St. Paul, Nebraska January 20, 1932. They lived most of their married life on farms between Cushing and Wolbach.
She was a baptized member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She also served as Howard County Extension Chairman and was a member of Eagles Auxiliary 378 in Grand Island.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband; a twin daughter, Mrs. Joan Switzer of Cushing; and a twin son, John of Denver, Colorado; her father, Chris Trautmann and step mother of Boise, Idaho; a sister, Mrs. Lenora Claus of Grand Island; a brother, Leo Trautmann of Homedale, Idaho; a step sister, Mrs. Lucile Teilmann of Boise, Idaho; and four grandchildren.
