She was born in Murray, UT to Julius & Gwen B. Pritzkau on January 20, 1954. She graduated from Bingham High School in 1972. Diann married Stephen Withers and they later divorced. She then married James Bailey. Diann loved history, particularly Utah history. Her father Julius installed the love for it in her, and they shared the interest. Diann had a fondness for antiques and the story they carried with them. While growing up, Diann worked a few odd jobs but was blessed to be a stay home mom where she raised her three children, Melani A. Martinez (Phil), Stephen L. Withers (Tanya) and C.J. Withers. She had 3 beautiful grandchildren, Marcus, Monica and Adilyn. She is survived by her children and her siblings: Kathleen, Kyle, Julie, Shelley, Jolene, and Lyle. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jim, and her sister Lori. The family would like to thank the staff at IHC Medical Center and her many friends in the Cedar City area. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Broomhead Funeral Home in Riverton. A gathering starts at 10:30 with services beginning at 11:00 AM.
