Harvey LeRoy Croissant, 75, of Evans, died Tuesday, April 23, at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born November 13, 1926, on the family farm near Buckingham to Fred H. and Katherine Croissant. On July 3, 1947, he married Clara Mae George in Greeley.
During his youth, Mr. Croissant helped work the family farm during World War II. He continued to farm with his brother William until 1970. He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Webster Feed Lot, then Law Equipment. He then worked as a long distance truck driver for Farr Farms until it closed in 1987. He drove trucks for John Shockley for two years and retired in 1989.
Mr. Croissant was a warm and caring person who was always willing to help others. He specially loved his wife and family. He enjoyed his flowers and gardening.
