OBITUARY ABSTRACT
Rudy A. Huber died 2 Sep 1997 at age 75. He was born 22 Apr 1922 in Carson, ND. He lived in Vancouver for 46 years before moving to Sun City, AZ, in 1993. His first wife Ruth died in 1991. Survived by his wife "Millie;" son Kenneth; daughters Linda Peterson and Bonnie L. Van Dyne; brothers William, Herbert, Robert and Calvin; sisters Freda Scheerer, Esther Zimbelman and Viola Richardson; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 1997, in Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene in Vancouver, Wash., for Rudy A. Huber, who died Sept. 2 at age 75.
Mr. Huber was born April 22, 1922, in Carson, N.D. After living in Vancouver for 46 years, he moved to Sun City, Ariz., in 1993. He worked for Sunshine Dairy for 32 years. He was a former member of the church. His first wife, Ruth, died in 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred ''Millie''; son, Kenneth of Greer, S.C.; daughters, Linda Peterson of Edmonds, Wash., and Bonnie L. Van Dyne of Spokane; brothers, William of Sun City, Ariz., Herbert of Carson, N.D., Robert of Minneapolis and Calvin of Lake Forest, Calif.; sisters, Freda Scheerer of Carson, Esther Zimbelman of Lodi, Calif., and Viola Richardson of Mount Vernon, Wash.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the church building fund.

A former Vancouver resident, Rudy A. Huber, 75, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 1997, in Duluth, Minn., while on vacation.
Mr. Huber was born April 22, 1922, in Carson, N.D. He was a Vancouver resident for 46 years before moving to Sun City, Ariz. in 1933. He worked 32 years for Sunshine Dairy in Portland. He was a former member of the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene in Vancouver. He enjoyed woodworking and helping others.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth, in 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred at home; a son, Kenneth of Greer, S.C.; two daughters, Linda Peterson of Edmonds and Bonnie Van Dyne of Spokane; four brothers, William of Sun City, Herbert of Carson, N.D.; Robert of Minneapolis, Minn., and Calvin of Lake Forest, Calif.; three sisters, Freda Scheerer of Carson, N.D., Esther Zimbelman of Lodi, Calif., and Viola Richardson of Mt. Vernon; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A memorial service begins at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene in Vancouver. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene, Building Fund, 14410 N.W. 21st Ave.
