Dalores attended Queen Anne High School in Seattle. Written on the binding part of her high school binder was the phrase "BORED OF EDUCATION" and on the front of the binder "FLUNK EARLY, AVOID THE RUSH".
August 5th, 2015 . . . While visiting with one of my neighbors (Mary Tobin) this morning, I asked if she remembered Dalores. She said she didn't know her personally but recalled that Dalores gave piano lessons. Mary and her husband, Jack, were friends with Herb & Rosemary Smith who lived down the road from Al & Dalores. Mary recalled an occasion and when she and Jack were playing cards at the Smith's home when the phone rang. The caller was Dalores informing them that the Smith's son had walked down to the Reiman's property and set a firecracker off in front of their house.
