Richard Lee Shinn, son of Forrest West and Minnie Sherman Shinn. He was married to Mary Margaret Fraser June 20, 1948, and to this union two sons were born, Robert Lee and Norman James.He was preceeded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Mary and two sons, Robert and Norman; his mother, Mrs. Minnie Shinn of Chester; three brothers Anthon of Laird, Colo., and Eldon and George of Chester; two sister, Louise Hayes of Chester and Ruby Hill of Hardy; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Interment in the Belleville Cemetery.
