Ruth Erickson died at her home in Edgar last Wednesday.
Funeral services were Saturday at the Urbauer-Williams Funeral Home Chapel, Edgar, with Pastor Fred J Wolff officiating. Interment was in the Edgar Cemetery.
Ruth Bertha Roos Erickson was born Feb 8, 1901 at Falerum Sweden, the daughter of Carl John and Augusta Justina Roos. She was baptized and confirmed in Sweden.
After arriving in the United States in 1919, she lived in the Edgar area since that time.
Aug 1, 1923, she was united in marriage with Theodore E Erickson. He preceded her in death May 11, 1967.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her three sons, Mervin Erickson of Hastings, Ivan Erickson of Edgar and Charles Erickson, Sitka, Alaska; daughter, Wilma Kelly, Coffeyville, Kan; three brothers, Ragnar Roos of San Diego, Calif and Erland Roos and Sturree Roos, both of Sweden; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Ruth heiratete Erickson, Theodore Ebburt am 1 Aug 1923. Theodore (Sohn von Erikson, Carl Oscar und Slatt, Inga Marie) wurde geboren am 20 Mrz 1888 in Oak, Nuckolls County, Nebraska, USA; gestorben am 11 Mai 1967 in Nelson, Nuckolls County, Nebraska, USA; wurde beigesetzt in Edgar Cemetery, Edgar, Clay County, Nebraska, USA.
