Information from the Weishaar-Sayler book by Skip Weishaar Rudy was born 2 months after his father was killed in a farm accident near Temvick, ND. He grew up in the North Dakota towns of Temvick, Elgin and Bismarck, ND. In 1922 he moved with his family to Missoula, MT where he finished school and graduated in 1931 going by the name of Rudy Sayler. While in high school he was a star athlete in football, basketball, and track. He went on to the University of Montana for 1 year. After his marriage he lived with his wife and family in Missoula, MT and worked for the Daly Addition Store and drove a delivery truck for the Florence Laundry. In 1940 Rudy opened the B&R Market, a grocercy store.
Rudy Weishaar was known Rudy Sayler until 1956 when he started going by Weishaar. He sold the store in 1972 and moved to Harrison, Arkansas where he lived until 1980 and then moved back to Missoula.

Information from the Weishaar-Sayler book by Skip Weishaar Reinhold immigrated to the US around 1898, first to Bowdle, SD and then 2 years later to Temvick, ND. Reinhold died as the result of a farm accident. He was working on a windmill when his glove got caught in the machinery and he fell 40 feet onto the water tank. He died 2 days later.

! Information taken from Weishaar-Sayler Book by Skip Weishaar. Emelia came to the US in 1904 at the age of 16 with her family, first settling in Bowdle, SD. At first, she did not come to Bowdle with her family, but stayed in the New England States and worked off the passage for the whole family. She worked as a farm hand and maid for the farmer that sponsored her family until the debt was paid. Only then did she join her family in Bowdle, SD. She settled in Bowdle with her first husband and they moved to Temvick, ND in 1907. Her first husband died in 1910. After her second husband died shed married John Heck and they lived in Isobel, SD, Missoula, MT and finally in Mobridge, SD. After the death of her third husband, Emelia moved back to Missoula, MT where she lived until her death.
